He is the Lord that heals thee, the great physician.

There have been times in my life when I was facing some very difficult situations. I recall one situation where I become so sick I lost 35 lbs. My insurance was canceled and I had no money for medical care. Stuck, broke, feeling lost, and very sick I cried out to God.

The day came when I rose from that sickness and was strengthened. You see in that place of need I cried out to God with all that I had. He heard me, and answered my cry. He will do the same for you.

Thanksgiving is soon upon us. A day of family gatherings, great meals, children having fun and throughout out country families will be celebrating the holidays in all the traditions of Thanksgiving.

Let each of us, every household, give thank to God. For our lives, our families, our children, our communites and for all the beauties of life.

Here we are soon to decide the next President Of The United States. We are also entering into the holiday season with Thanksgiving and the Christmas Holiday's soon upon us.

As we enjoy our holiday seasons, let us remember the children of the world, the fatherless, the homeless, and the orphans. May we all find a place in our heart, life and busy schedule to reach out to a child in need.

Depression is like a cancer. Once it sets in, it can overtake us and place us in bondage. Severe depression has a crippling effect. It steals and robs us of our joy and ability to experience happiness. Of course we could get into all the intense reasons and causes of depression. But enough of that.

I encourage those dealing with depression to enter into a place of prayer. What kind of prayer. Simply pray and talk to God. Tell him what you are experiencing and simply ask Him for help.

I encourage you to also find some praise and worship music that you like, listen to it and make it a part of your days. You see when we lift our voices up to God, give Him praise and worship Him. The Kingdom of God, meaning heaven, comes to earth. And when the Kingdom comes, depression leaves.

The compassion of Christ is not simply a catchy word or phrase. It is the heart of God. We see it in the life, ministry and death of Jesus. We read about it within the scriptures. Pauls life, ministry and writings speak of the love of Christ. Paul had a life changing encounter with God on the road to Damascus, and later in scripture Paul preaches and writes in great depths about the love of Christ.

Is there a famine in the land for the word or words of God? Something to ponder. Many say today that the word of God is being watered down, forsaken, set aside and simply covered over to make room for alternative lifestyles, new this and new that. However the scriptures state that God's Word will never pass away, or change. That God has magnified His Word, even above His name. Here is something interesting that Peter stated:

I recently read a news report that stated that over 100,000 women in Iraq had lost their husbands to the war, and the terrorism that is on going in your country. This deeply saddened my heart, as I thought of the pain, suffering, heartache and even the fatherless children of Iraq.

You are in our prayers, and we just wanted to let you know, that as we hear of the pain and suffering, the loss, our hearts are moved to compassion.

May the Lord comfort you. May the Lord pour out His love, heart and redeeming passion upon you, and may the peace of God rain and rule in your hearts and lives.

For us that believe, that come to Him in faith, it has been made simple. We seek, and oh how we do find. We knock, and the door of fellowship is opened.

Through prayer, in worship, through fellowship, and in seeking, we find the greatest of all loves, and the greatest of all fellowships. This is available for and to all that would come, that would seek. God is no respector of persons, but He honors those that diligently seel Him.

Our Heavenly Father loves us with the heart and compassion of a Father, like no earthly father can express.

His love is endless, deeper than any ocean, wider than any sea, and spans further than the ends of the universe.

He is a Father, to the fatherless, a Husbandman to the widows, and His heart and compassion for mankind was expressed in His greatest gift, being His Son, Jesus Christ.

Passion is like an explosion within our emotions. Within holy passion is found holy love, and this love only comes from God through the Holy Spirit, as the love of Christ is shed forth and into our hearts.

There is no love equal to the love of God, the love of the Father, the love of Christ and sharing fellowship with the Holy Ghost. For these three are one. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. And the love of the trinity is the greatest of all gifts, which is love. For God is love.
