Reach Out And Touch

Reach and today and bless someone. Maybe that co worker that you've been meaning to invite to lunch. Maybe that telephone call to an old friend. Maybe the next door neighbor that you've been wanting to invite over for dinner.

Have you ever been there. It's like these little thoughts pop into our mind about an old friend, about a co worker, a neighbor, a relative.

That kid down the street who's father passed away. The single mom who's car is falling apart, or maybe little Ricky who's struggling with baseball.

Many times God places situations both on our heart and in our thoughts. Many times God places people right in our paths. Yet somehow the busyness of life gets in the way, and we are always going to, but something else takes priority.

The Widows Of Iraq

To the widows, and mothers of Iraq,

I recently read a news report that stated that over 100,000 women in Iraq had lost their husbands to the war, and the terrorism that is on going in your country. This deeply saddened my heart, as I thought of the pain, suffering, heartache and even the fatherless children of Iraq.

You are in our prayers, and we just wanted to let you know, that as we hear of the pain and suffering, the loss, our hearts are moved to compassion.

May the Lord comfort you. May the Lord pour out His love, heart and redeeming passion upon you, and may the peace of God rain and rule in your hearts and lives.

For us that believe, that come to Him in faith, it has been made simple. We seek, and oh how we do find. We knock, and the door of fellowship is opened.

Through prayer, in worship, through fellowship, and in seeking, we find the greatest of all loves, and the greatest of all fellowships. This is available for and to all that would come, that would seek. God is no respector of persons, but He honors those that diligently seel Him.

Our Heavenly Father

Our Heavenly Father loves us with the heart and compassion of a Father, like no earthly father can express.

His love is endless, deeper than any ocean, wider than any sea, and spans further than the ends of the universe.

He is a Father, to the fatherless, a Husbandman to the widows, and His heart and compassion for mankind was expressed in His greatest gift, being His Son, Jesus Christ.

Finding True Passion

Passion is like an explosion within our emotions. Within holy passion is found holy love, and this love only comes from God through the Holy Spirit, as the love of Christ is shed forth and into our hearts.

There is no love equal to the love of God, the love of the Father, the love of Christ and sharing fellowship with the Holy Ghost. For these three are one. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. And the love of the trinity is the greatest of all gifts, which is love. For God is love.
